okay the plot of this is already like ten million times better than heliothaumic, which i already liked. what a good hook, im hooked.
heliothaumic didn’t have “a plot”, it just had lots of things happening at random intervals
Can we say it had a lot of good plot potential? I mean, sure, it was starting to look like War and Peace with all the quasi-connected plot threads, but wanting to see where it was going kept me coming back…
Well, along with the great characterizations, fantastic world-building, great art and even greater costuming. Oh yeah, and the magic and the vampires. And lunar / thaumic mysteries.
But I know how much it sucks when you lose control over your own creation – I have grown kids. XD
With characters and setting that good, who needs plot?
